The Himplant Procedure
The Himplant (the evolved successor to Penuma) treatment takes place in a state-of-the-art surgical center under general anesthesia. To insert the implant, your surgeon makes a small incision in the scrotum. No incisions are made on the penis itself. The implant is inserted under the skin through the incision and drawn down your shaft. It fits over the corpus cavernosa like a sheath and is sutured in place. These sutures are usually undetectable by the patient or their sexual partner. The implant stretches the tissue and skin of the penis to make it look and feel larger. This can result in an increase in girth (width) and flaccid length. These improvements last for as long as the implant is in place. The Himplant has a high satisfaction rate. Nevertheless, the implant is entirely removable.
The Himplant Surgery is typically a short, 45 – 60-minute outpatient procedure. The procedure usually requires 2 to 4 days of recovery time to typically return to routine daily activities. However, patients must abstain from sexual activity for about six to eight weeks after the procedure. Detailed post-op instructions will be provided to you in advance.
If you aren’t already circumcised, you will need to be before your Himplant surgery. Dr. Tajkarimi offers office circumcision at least 8 weeks before surgery for $2,900. Additionally, you must be smoke-free for at least one month before and after the Himplant surgery.

Understanding Titan Implants for Severe Erectile Dysfunction
Penile implants are a minimally invasive procedure requiring local anesthesia and Intravenous sedation. During the surgery, Dr. Tajkarimi makes a small incision of less than 1.5 inches in the pubic region and performs the entire surgery in less than an hour. penile implants are self-contained, fluid-filled systems made from silicone and Bioflex. It mimics the appearance and performance of a real erection. If you suffer from ED and curvature of the penis as well, a Titan implant is the ideal solution for you.
The Titan pump is easy to use. The inflatable penile implant is totally invisible. The penis looks relaxed and normal when flaccid. When pumped up, the erection looks natural. To create an erect penis, find the pump in the scrotum and gently squeeze it a few times until you reach full erection. When you want to deflate the pump, squeeze the release bars with steady and firm pressure until you reach a flaccid state.
Titan Penile Implant Recovery
After the procedure, you may experience some soreness for up to two weeks. During this time, you should avoid sexual activity and keeping it easy. Let your tissues heal completely.
3-4 weeks after the surgery, you can safely use your Titan penile implant during sexual intercourse. It’s normal for sex to feel different in the beginning, but it shouldn’t hurt.
As with any medical procedure, there’s a risk for complications after surgery. But trusting a professional board-certified urologic surgeon like Dr. Tajkarimi will minimize those chances. He provides thorough aftercare instructions, so you recover quickly and smoothly.
